The LiftMaster 828EV is a revolutionary new accessory with built-in myQ technology for remote monitoring / control of your LiftMaster automation systems. 

Compatible with a wide range of LiftMaster gate and garage door openers. 

Please Note: A pair of photocells (770E, 771EV, 771E or 772E) MUST be connected to the gate / garage door opener. If there are no photocells connected the gate / garage door can only be opened. 

MyQ - What Is It And How Does It Work:

MyQ is an innovative patented technology that allows two-way communication meaning that you as a user can monitor and control your gate or garage door from anywhere in the world via the internet, this could be by using a mobile phone, tablet or Laptop/PC!

Your internet-enabled device will communicate with your LiftMaster Internet Gateway which will pass information between your device and your opener, be it commands to open and close or status/monitoring queries.

The highlight of the LiftMaster myQ system is the downloadable smartphone app, which is easy to use and provides a range of customisable settings to suit your individual needs. Want to be notified in real time that a gate / garage door has been opened? With push notifications enabled, you can receive alerts as they happen from multiple installations.
