HD over Coax (AHD Hybrid)

AHD (Analogue High Definition) is new technology which allows HD images to be transmitted over standard analogue cables producing high quality 1080P and above footage, where previously this had been impossible. 

This new technology also allows video to be transmitted over much longer distances (up to 500M) so a much wider area can be covered.

This means that existing older CCTV Systems can be upgraded to HD without the expense of replacing the existing cables. Simply remove the old cameras and DVR (digital video recorder) and replace them with a new Hybrid NVR (such as the OYN-X Nitro) and new AHD Cameras (such as the OYN-X 4-in 1 Dome Cameras) and the system is then up to date with HD quality.
